Lesson 16 for the OC Healthy program is about staying motivated, a subject that is especially hard during the holiday season when we are trying to work, prepare, and shop. It throws off our daily schedule to the point where we don’t have time to exercise and we tend to eat more fast food and processed food purely for convenience.
