OWENSBORO, Ky. — Charles E. “Chucky” Hodges, 49, of Owensboro, died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2018, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born in Corbin, Kentucky to Barbara Prater Hodges and the late Frank Hodges, Jr.
Chucky attended Puzzle Pieces and The Wendell Foster Campus in Owensboro.
Survivors include his mother, Barbara Prater Hodges, of Bremen, Kentucky; two sisters, Tina (David) Casto, of Bremen, Kentucky, and Tanya (Steve) Wiggins, of Owensboro; a brother, Frank (Lisa) Hodges Jr., of Madisonville, Kentucky; nieces and nephews, Jessica, Steele, Kelsey, Hannah, Candice, April, Blake, Amanda and
Joseph.
A private family service will be held at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Puzzle Pieces and The Wendell Foster Campus in Owensboro.
