HARTFORD, Ky. — Charles D. ”Charlie” Watts, 85, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2024, at Signature Healthcare in Hartford. He was born in Ohio County, Kentucky, on Nov. 15, 1938, to the late William Charles and Isabelle Hoover Watts.
Charlie attended Clear Run Baptist Church and was a farmer and logger.
He was also preceded in death by his brother, Tommy Watts.
Survivors include his son, William “Billy” Charles Watts; daughter, Melissa (Patrick) Belva; grandchildren, Christopher Watts, Crystal Watts, Farrah Munoz, and Vivian Cripps; and brothers, Harold Watts and Gerald (Cheryl) Watts.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24, at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam. Burial will follow in Clear Run Church Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
