BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Frances Fulton, 94, of Beaver Dam, passed away peacefully Monday, Jan. 2, 2023, at Signature Healthcare of Hartford, Kentucky. She was born Feb. 26, 1928, in Morgantown, Kentucky, to the late William Lee and Kathleen Holder Lee.
Mrs. Fulton retired from a local sewing factory and was a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school.
Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Fulton, and a daughter, Beverly Dean Shoopman.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, a daughter, Shelia Jean Phelps, of Beaver Dam; grandson, Shawn (Ana Feliciano) Phelps, of Houston, Texas; brother, Tommy Lee, of Louisville, Kentuckky; and sister, Billie Jean Truelove, of Morgantown, Kentucky.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 5, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky with Rev. Greg Hillard officiating. Friends may visit with Mrs. Fulton’s family from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
