BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Michael Leo Southard, 65, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2022, at OHRH in Owensboro, Kentucky. He was born on April 10, 1957, in Hartford, Kentucky, son of the late Jimmy L. and Frances Phelps Southard.
Mike was a safety boatman for Spartan Bridge Painting Company and enjoyed his boat and fishing.
Survivors include his wife, Elaine Southard; daughters, Bobbie Jo Fulcher(Robert) and Casie Jo Hopkins; two stepdaughters, Crystal Embry(Anthony) and Natalye Jones(Coty); grandchildren, Rylie, Beau, and Remi Fulcher, Kaylee, Brooke, and Skyler Hopkins; four step-grandchildren, Everett West Jr., Gabe West, Mark Young-Warren, and Nolan Embry; and brother, Donald Southard.
There will be private services at a later date. Bevil Bros. Funeral in Beaver Dam is in charge of arrangements.
