MADISONVILLE, Ky. — A contractor plans to complete an inspection of the bridge at US 431 over the Green River and Rough River in McLean County. The inspection was initiated in August but halted due to extenuating circumstances.
The contractor will restart Monday, Oct. 17 and will continue until Wednesday, Oct. 19. The inspection will be addressed between 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Crews will be utilizing an Under Bridge Inspection Truck.
Motorists should anticipate single-lane restrictions and flaggers on-site. A climbing team will also be present Monday – Wednesday.
KYTC asks motorists to be aware of the work zone, expect delays, and utilize safe driving habits when traveling through the area.
