BEAVER DAM, Ky. — The Ohio County Monitor will be premiering an OC Healthy recipe video at 7:30 p.m. Thursday evening, March 28, on our Facebook page featuring two recipe demonstrations by Tiffany Calvert and April Peech with the Ohio County Cooperative Extension office.
The recipes will be a honey sesame chicken dish cooked with an electronic pressure cooker and a sheet pan chicken and vegetables recipe.
This will be a Facebook Premiere video where people watching the video can chat in real-time with others during the video. Tiffany will be in the chat to answer any questions you might have and has five prizes to give away to those watching the video courtesy of the Cooperative Extension Office in Hartford, Kentucky.
For those who didn’t see our last OC Healthy post featuring a video about diabetes with Steve English, ARNP, all OC Healthy videos are now free to everyone, not just subscribers.
