MONTOMERY, Ill. — Anna Bates, 96, of Montgomery, died Saturday, Jan. 27, 2018, in Naperville, Illinois.
She was born in Ohio County, Kentucky, and was retired from Furnace Electric.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Bates; a son, Curt Bates; a daughter, Betty Rusher; and a grandson, Rodney Rusher.
Survivors include a son, Larry Bates; grandchildren, William (Betty) Rusher, Dennis (Donna) Rusher, Curt Bates Jr., and Sarah Ann Ozmose; seven great-grandchildren; and two great great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31, at Geary Funeral Home, Fordsville, with burial in Fordsville Cemetery. Visitation is after 9 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
