BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Alex Michael Lee Orr, 24, passed away Aug. 24, 2017. He was born Jan. 28, 1993.
Alex was a 2011 graduate of Daviess County High School. He loved to draw, cook, and in his younger days, enjoyed skateboarding. Alex was a big fan of the Green Bay Packers. He was a quiet person with a good heart.
Alex is survived by his Mother, Susan Lahr and her husband, Jerry; brother, Joshua (Paul) Orr; stepsister, Shelby (Collin) Jones; grandparents, Johnny (Judy) Vanover and Eugene Orr; aunt, Kimberly Vanover; uncle, Johnny Vanover II; cousins, Lauren Vanover, Hannah Vanover, Dakotah Vanover, Zachary Allen, Kayla Patterson, and a host of other extended family.
Visitation will be 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday and after 10 a.m. Tuesday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. The funeral service will be noon Tuesday, Aug. 29, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Rosehill Cemetery.
