HARTFORD, Ky. — Joyce Ann Tinsley Spears, 75, of Hartford, passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2017, in Columbia, Tennessee. She was born Sept. 27, 1941, in Pomroy, Washington.
Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Brandon Fowler.
Joyce is survived by one daughter, Holly Clark; son-in-law, Kelly Clark; grandson, Jesse Fowler; and four great-grandchildren, Grace Jane Fowler, Jacqulin Fowler, Noah Steelman, Landon Steelman.
A graveside memorial service will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 29, at Oakwood Cemetery, with burial to follow. Bro. Larry Embry will officiate.
