Stephen Allen Cook, 41, of Beaver Dam, passed away Sunday, Jan. 26, 2014, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born March 11, 1972, in Hartford to Eddie and Joan Williams Cook.
He was of Baptist faith and worked as an Insurance/Sales Coordinator at Carpet One in Owensboro.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Albert Joseph Cook and Margaret Louise Cook and his maternal grandfather, William Carroll Williams.
Survivors include his wife, Natalie Hanson Cook of Beaver Dam; two sons, Kyler Evan Cook and Stephen Brice Cook both of Beaver Dam; his parents, Eddie and Joan Cook of Beaver Dam; one brother, Timothy (Jacqulyn) Cook of Beaver Dam; his grandmother, Christine Jones of Beaver Dam; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Paul and Vicki Hanson of Beaver Dam; two brothers-in-law, Jeff Hanson of Beaver Dam and Evan (Sarah) Hanson of Beaver Dam; one sister-in-law, Kate (Edward) Monheimer of Frankfort and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 30, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Rev. Lealin Geary officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. until the time of service Thursday at the funeral home.
