Darrell Ray Horn, 55, of Beaver Dam, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2013, at his home. He was born Nov. 17, 1957, in Middlesboro, Ky., to the late James B. Horn and Ella Marie Horn Crabb.
He was the plant manager for the Ohio County Water District and he was a member Oak Grove Church of God.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Melanie Horn.
Survivors include his son, Michael Horn of Cromwell; two daughters, Valerie (Greg) Peach of Utica and Jessica (Edward) Smallwood of Owensboro; one brother, James Edward Horn of Beaver Dam; two sisters, Deborah Brown of Beaver Dam and Kathleen Ann Schroader of Cromwell and four grandchildren, Cayden Rambo, Sebastian Horn, Austin Peach and Desiree Peach.
Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Rev. Terry Tarrance officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Church Cemetery in Cromwell. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until the time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
