LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The National Weather Service in Louisville has issued a Frost Advisory for OHio County for tonight into Monday morning. The Frost Advisory will go into effect at 11 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 8, and expire at 9 a.m. Monday, Nov. 9.
