BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Paula Jean Felty, 61, of Beaver Dam, passed away Friday, Sept. 18, 2026, surrounded by her family. She was born Tuesday, Oct. 13, 1964, in Bowling Green, Kentucky, to the late Byron E. Felty and Edna Mae Howard Felty.
Paula was a member of Second Baptist Church in Hartford, Kentucky.
Aside from her parents she was preceded in death by her twin, Pam Felty; siblings, David A. Felty, Diana Jones, Michael Felty, Ira Felty, Margole Arnold, and Margaret Felty; nephew, Bobby Joe Felty; great-nephew, Dakoda Felty; and great-niece, Kayla Jade Embry.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, siblings, Gary Felty, Gilbert Felty and Cathy (Al) Mullins; several nieces and nephews; a stepdaughter, Angela Hart; dedicated caregivers, Rebekah (Billy) McCown, Brandy (Lee) Casey, Kendra (Charlie) Jones, Alissia Filback, Nicole Jones, Leaha Jones and Keasha Embry; as well as her beloved Ruben.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 21, at Oakwood Cemetery with Tonya Lindsey officiating. Friends may visit from 10 a.m. until the time of the service Monday at the cemetery.
