OWENSBORO, Ky. — Kentucky State Police Post 16 is asking for the public’s help in locating Donald R. Galloway, 48, who was last seen in the area of 2539 Arbor Terrace in Owensboro yesterday.
Galloway is a white male, 5’10” in height, 180 lbs, with green eyes, and brown or balding hair. Galloway was last seen wearing an orange T-shirt, blue jeans, and tennis/work shoes. Galloway has a “Galloway” tattoo on his back and a tribal tattoo on his right upper arm area.
Galloway drives a red 2001 Dodge pickup with Kentucky registration plate E212993.
