LEONARD, Tenn. — David “Dave” Collard, 49, of the Leonard Community in Clay County, Tennessee, passed away peacefully Monday morning, Aug. 10, 2026, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
He is preceded in death by his father, Daymond Collard, and mother, Peggy Brown.
Survivors include his wife, Stacy Collard, of the Leonard Community; daughters, Autumn Collard, of Scottsville, Kentucky, Tamara Collard and companion, James Wigington, of Tompkinsville, Kentucky; son, Austin Davis and wife, Shana, of the Leonard Community; grandchildren, Jasmine Davis, Maggie Davis, Tristan Davis; sisters, Tanya Hentrup and husband, Jeff, of Indiana, Missy Morgan and husband, Jeff, of Morgantown, Kentucky; brothers, Mike Collard and wife, Liz, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky, Steve Collard, of Clarksville, Tennessee, Bryan Collard, of Morgantown, Scott Collard and wife, Kathy, of Beaver Dam; a host of nieces and nephews.
The family has chosen cremation and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
