Heat Advisory issued for Ohio County for Monday through Thursday

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory for Ohio County. The Heat Advisory will go into effect at 11 a.m. Monday, June 29, and expire at 8 p.m. Thursday, July 2.

According to the NWS, heat index values up to 107 are expected. Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses.

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
