BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — Tyler D. Asberry, 40, of Bowling Green, passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2026, with his family by his side at UK Medical Center. He was born Jan. 6, 1986, in Greenville, Kentucky to Robin Asberry Cassady.

Tyler was an avid UK fan and enjoyed anything to do with sports as well as fishing.

Tyler was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kathleen and Robert Asberry and grandfather, Dwight Small.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, one son, Brayden Asberry, of Centertown, Kentucky; his mother, Robin (Brent) Cassady, of Bowling Green; brother, Noah (Sharon) Small, of McHenry, Kentucky; stepbrothers, Chase (Brooke) Cassady and Brandon (Rachel) Cassady, both of Bowling Green; nieces and nephews, Ivee, Matthieu, Hunter, Parker, Ryland, Kinsley, and Shelby; as well as his extended family, Mamaw Nancy Small, Marty Small and Steve Small.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 26, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky, with Rev. Recie Young officiating. Friends may visit from 10 a.m. until the time of the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
