BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Lela Catherine Foster, 75, of Beaver Dam, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at Morgantown Nursing Home. She was born in East St. Louis, Illinois to her loving parents, Audrey and Leo Denson, who preceded her in death.

She was a member of McHenry Baptist Church. During her time at Morgantown Nursing Home, she formed special bonds with the staff, who became like daughters to her. Their compassion and care meant so much, and she was deeply loved by all who knew her there.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Tom Denson, Frank Denson, and William Denson; and her niece, Shelia Denson.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 39 years, John “Frog” Foster, whose faithfulness and dedication in caring for her was a true testament to his love. She also leaves behind her children, Amanda (Kevin) Bradley, Jennifer (Garett) Keller, and Brandon Foster. She was a proud grandmother to Alexis Logsdon, Brayden Bradley, Addie Kate Keller, Cruz Keller, Jade Keller, Brittany (Cody) Russ, and Zach (Sarah) Bradley; great-grandchildren Zaeleigh Russ and Bryleigh Russ; and a brother, Eddie (Daphne) Denson, and several loving nephews also survive.

Services will be held Saturday, April 25, at 2 p.m. at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Bro. Brent Howard. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will follow in Render Cemetery in McHenry.
