KSP Post 2 continues cold case investigation in Hopkins County

MADISONVILLE, Ky. — The Kentucky State Police continues investigating a missing person cold case in Hopkins County.

Monday marked 29 years since Charles C. Massey went missing in Hopkins County. In the wake of the anniversary, KSP Post 2 is requesting any information from the public relevant to this cold case.

Charles C. Massey was 29 when he went missing in Madisonville in 1997. He was last seen delivering Easter baskets to people in the Madisonville area. Massey is described as a white male, 5’ 11”- 6’ 01”, 175 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
