He was known for his sense of humor, generosity, work ethic, and most importantly his love for his wife, children, and grandchildren.
He worked for Toyota Motor Manufacturing and took pride in his 24 years of service.
He loved working with his hands, finding purpose and pride in fixing, building, and improving the space around him. He genuinely enjoyed the process of making things better. He was the kind of person who didn’t hesitate to lend a hand, whether it was helping a neighbor with a repair, offering advice, or simply showing up when someone needed support. He enjoyed puzzles, coloring and traveling with his family. Caring for others was second nature to him.
Above all, Ronnie loved his family.
He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Lindsey Sr., and niece, Gloria “Lanie” Taylor.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Letitia Lindsey; his children, Jessica (John Mark) Thomas Owens and Bethany (Tyler) Lindsey Osborne; his grandchildren, Kinley and Keaton Thomas, Abby, and River Owens, and Shawn Osborne; his mother, Betty Lindsey; his siblings, Timmy (Heather) Canary and Stephanie (Ronnie) Ashburn; and many other family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky. Burial in Echols Cemetery. Friends may visit from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday and from 10 a.m. until the time of the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those who knew and loved him.
