HORSE BRANCH, Ky. — Timmy Joe Kelley, 64, of Horse Branch, went to his heavenly home on Feb. 16, 2026, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born April 5, 1961, to the late Delmer Earl Kelley.
Timmy was a family man who loved his wife and children.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 27 years, Rosza Kelley; his children, Angel Kelley and Delmer (Shyanna) Kelley; his siblings, James (Tracy) Kelley, Roger Kelley, Trisha (James) Partridge, Kathy (Billy) Watson, Peggy Kelley and Vicki Alexander; and his soul brother, Scotty (Robin) Gibson.
Services will be held Wednesday, Feb. 18, at 12 p.m. at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky, with Bro. Terry Tarrance officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will follow in Horse Branch Community Cemetery.
