BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Rickey G. Baize, 69, of Beaver Dam, passed away Dec. 31, 2025, at Ohio County Hospital. He was born in Ohio County, Kentucky, on Oct. 2, 1956, to the late Henry and Virginia Stewart Baize.
Rickey loved his horses, running his rabbit dogs and spending time with his grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Memory Baize; brothers, Roger, Bobby, and Wendell Baize; and sister, Henrietta Baize.
Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Cody (Rachel) Baize; grandchildren, Elias, Scarlett and other honorary grandchildren; his companion, Diane Fentress; brothers, Mickey Baize and Larry (Patty) Baize; along with several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Friday, Jan. 2, 2026, at 4 p.m. at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam. Friends may visit with the family from 2 p.m. until the time of service.
