FORDSVILLE, Ky. — Marilyn Bratcher, 77, of Fordsville, was called home on Saturday, Sept. 7, 2024, surrounded by family. She was the daughter of the late WB and Margaret Bratcher along with eight brothers and two sisters.
Marilyn was of the Christian faith and a member of New Hope Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Thomas Carden and Robert Carden.
She leaves behind four sons, James Bratcher (Renee), of Fordsville, Tony (Tammy) Bratcher, of Fordsville, Denis Bellamy, of Indiana, and Ricky Bellamy, of Fordsville; extended family, Bonnie Kramer, of Indiana, and Carol Bratcher, of Fordsville; and 20 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, Sept. 9, at 2 p.m. at Geary Funeral Home in Fordsville. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Monday at the funeral home with burial to follow in New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery in Fordsville.
