BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Jerry Wayne Dockery, 69, of Beaver Dam, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2024, with his family by his side at his residence. He was born Oct. 27, 1954, in Hartford, Kentucky, to the late Adrian Dockery and Flora Mae Voyles Dockery.
Jerry retired from DSTA.
Aside from his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepson, James Lee Dockery, and 11 siblings.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife of 21 years, Debbie Dockery, of Beaver Dam; two children, Tabitha (Collin) Cooper and Dairl P. Dockery, both of Hartford; eight grandchildren, Cameron (Madilynn) Dockery, Seth Autry, Adrianna Dockery, Leland Whitely, Domenic Whitely, Myles Dockery, Madysen Dockery, and James Dockery; four great-grandchildren, Kynzlee, Kaiden, Saphira, and Lyla; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 27, at New Hope Full Gospel Church (325 Marvin’s Chapel Road, Harford, KY 42347) with Bro. Tim Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Old Salem Cemetery.
