HARTFORD, Ky. — We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Rockie Leon Begley, who left this world on March 29, 2024, at the age of 48. Born on Dec. 16, 1975, Rockie was a beloved son of the late Leon Begley and Martina Begley of Hartford.
Rockie will be remembered for his kind heart, infectious laughter, and his unwavering loyalty to those he held dear. His presence brightened the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know him. Rockie leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion that will be cherished by his family and friends.
Besides his parents, ee is also survived by a sister, Latrisha McDaniel (Richie Wilson), of Hartford, and other extended family.
In honor of his memory, a funeral service and celebration of Rockie’s life will be held 2 p.m. April 7, at The Land, 3648, Fordsville, Kentucky. Family and friends are invited to gather, share stories, and pay tribute to a man who made an indelible impact on all those around him.
Though he may no longer walk amongst us, Rockie’s spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
