**UPDATE** LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The National Weather Service has canceled a Winter Weather Advisory for Ohio County.
A few rumbles of thunder are possible late this afternoon and evening in areas of heavier precipitation.
Rain is expected to change to a period of wet snow tonight. Light snow accumulations are possible, but impactful snowfall is not expected at this time. However, additional forecast changes may be necessary later today.
