MADISONVILLE, Ky. — Motorists are advised of asphalt resurfacing in Ohio County on KY 505 between Olaton Road and KY 878 between mile markers 14.171 to 17.133. The work will impact traffic flow in both directions.
The project was scheduled to begin today, Sept. 14, and is expected to be completed by Nov. 30. Level and wedging operations began Wednesday, Sept. 13, with paving starting today.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane in affected areas, with flaggers present.
The primary goal of this project is to perform asphalt resurfacing to improve the road’s condition, making it smoother and safer for drivers.
