FORDSVILLE, Ky. — Edward Louis Mincy Sr., 88, of Fordsville, died Sunday, Aug. 6, 2023, at Fordsville Nursing & Rehab.
He was retired from Hancock County Board of Education.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Vivian Mincy; daughters, Linda Jones and Shirley Hardin; and brother, David Mincy.
Survivors include a son, Edward Louis Mincy Jr., and sisters, Barbara Spence, Helen Toler, Doris Richie, and Elaine Johnson.
Services are 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, at Geary Funeral Home, with burial in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Pattiville, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
