LIVERMORE, Ky. — Rickey Humphrey, 61, of Livermore, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 19, 2023, at Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville. Rickey Collins Humphrey was born June 25, 1961, in Calhoun, Kentucky, to Ray Collins and Jane Fulkerson Humphrey and was better known as “Pecker” to both his family and friends.
Rickey was a long-haul truck driver and a member of the Baptist faith. He loved fishing, duck hunting, and NASCAR races.
Rickey was preceded in death by his father, Ray Humphrey, and by a grandson, Karter Quiggins.
Survivors include the mother of his children, Mary Hancock, of Owensboro, Kentucky; a son, Collin Humphrey (Megan Sternberg), of Owensboro; a daughter, Marissa Quiggins (Kent), of Calhoun, Kentucky; a grandson, Drue Quiggins; his mother, Jane Humphrey, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky; and a brother, LaValton Humphrey (Jill), of Owensboro, Kentucky.
Friends may visit with Rickey’s family from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 23, at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel.
