OC Boys & Girls Club to hold first summer program

HARTFORD, Ky. — The Cliff Hagan Boys & Girls Club – Ohio County Unit announced it will be open for its first summer program in Ohio County this year. The Boys & Girls Club will be accepting 50 members for the program.

The summer program will be held from 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, June 5-July 28. The summer program then will be Around the World and members will be learning about a new country every week.

Open enrollment for current after-school members will be from May 1-5. If there are any spots open after the current member signup, those who aren’t currently a member can signup from 12-2 p.m. Monday, May 8, or until the openings are filled.

The cost will be $15 for a membership fee and a weekly fee of $15 per member.

A child must attend three days a week and adhere to the Boys & Girls Club’s code of conduct to continue to be a member.

Lunch & a snack will be provided daily. If your child is a picky eater, send extra snacks or lunch.
