UTICA, Ky. — Katie Combs, 89, passed away Friday, April 21, 2023, at her home. She was born in Hazard, Kentucky, on April 21, 1934, the daughter of the late Perry and Betty Dobson Combs
Katie was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Ray Combs, in 2014.
Survivors include three sons, Alger (Linda) Combs, of McHenry, Kentucky, Earl ( Sherry) Combs, of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, and Jack Combs, of Utica; four daughters, Yvonne Combs, of Hartford, Kentucky, Linda (Mitch) Maze, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky, Donna (John) Chinn, of Utica, and Rhonda (Matt) Fulkerson, of Rough River, Kentucky; and 10 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchildren, and many grand pups and kitties.
Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, April 24, at Calvary Hill Cemetery on Rochester Road in Beaver Dam. Bevil Bros. Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
