**UPDATE** MORGANFIELD, Ky. — Richard Harper, who escaped from the Webster County Detention Center Sunday afternoon, has been located and arrested by the Morganfield Police Department.
DIXON, Ky. — Troopers with Kentucky State Police Post 2 are searching for an inmate who escaped Webster County Detention Center Sunday, Jan. 15.
Around 3:15 p.m. Richard Louis Harper, 45, escaped from the jail wearing a tan jacket that says “Webster Co Jail”, blue jeans, and white shoes. Harper’s direction of travel is unknown at this time. He is described as a white male with blue eyes and gray hair. He is 6’1″ tall and weighs around 185 pounds.
