HARTFORD, Ky. — Hazel Louise Shrader, 81, of Hartford, passed away Sunday, Dec. 11, 2022, at Signature Healthcare of Hartford. She was born on April 16, 1941, in Falls of Rough, Kentucky, the daughter of Fonzie and Maggie McClellan Salmon.
Hazel enjoyed going to yard sales, working with flowers, and she loved her dogs.
Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Granvil, Tommy, Buck, and Lessie Salmon, and six sisters, Wilma, Emma, Lizzie, Mary, Flora and Ailein.
Left to honor Hazel’s memory are her daughter, Connie Fleener, and a sister, Eva Foreman.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 14, at Hartford Church of Christ.
