HARTFORD, Ky. — Ohio County Healthcare, in partnership with the Green River District Health Department and the Ohio County Health Coalition, will host a community forum from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday, July 21, to identify the health priorities of the area. The forum will be held at the Ohio County Extension Office at 1337 Clay St. in Hartford.
Participants will be completing a health needs survey and having group discussions on existing barriers to care. Lunch will be provided.
