BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Estil Lee Dockery, 70, of Beaver Dam, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at Ohio County Healthcare. He was born May 23, 1951, in Butler County, Kentucky, to the late Bamis Dockery and Golda Bee Beasley Dockery.

Estil was a carpenter and member of Zion Harmony Baptist Church.

Aside from his parents, he was preceded in death by four siblings, Mae Dockery, Jimmy Dockery, Kay Filback, and Janie Phelps, and three angel babies.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 49 years, Faye Dockery, of Beaver Dam; three children, Dottie (Chad) Tichenor, of McHenry, Kentucky, Amanda (Chris) Embry, of Beaver Dam, and James (Keisha) Dockery, of Beaver Dam; nine grandchildren, Samara Ferguson, Rosey Embry, Daisy Embry, Adam Embry, Addison Dockery, Riley Tichenor, Michael Tichenor, River Tichenor, and Jaydelyn Tichenor; three siblings, Allene (Ellis) Lamar, of Hartford, Kentucky, Mary Bratcher, of Caneyville, Kentucky, and Pete (LaDonna) Dockery, of Morgantown; and several nieces and nephews, and all of his children at heart.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, March 28, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky with Bro. Calvin Dockery officiating. Burial will follow in Render Memorial Cemetery in McHenry. Friends may visit with Estil’s family from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. until the time of the service Monday at the funeral home.
