HARTFORD, Ky. — Leroy “George” Brown, 44, of Hartford, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 9, 2022. He was born March 1, 1977, in Hartford, to Tom Brown and Debbie Horn Brown.
He attended Oak Grove Church of God in Cromwell, Kentucky, and he worked as an operator at Perdue Water Treatment Plant.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, James Horn and Ella Marie Horn Crabb; paternal grandmother, Annabelle Hastings; and several uncles, aunts, and cousins.
He leaves behind to cherish his memories his parents, Tom and Debbie Horn Brown, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky; one brother, John Thomas Brown, of Hartford; a niece, Madison Brown, of Cromwell; a nephew, Mason Brown, of Florida; and a great-nephew, Christopher Hibbard.
Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 13, at William L Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky with Rev. Steven Leach officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Church of God Cemetery in Cromwell. Friends may visit with Leroy’s family from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. until the time of the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
