**UPDATE** Missing children located, father in custody

**UPDATE** BEAVER DAM, Ky. (11/18/21) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is reporting both Noah Clare and Amber Clare have been found and are safe. Jacob “Jake” Clare has been taken into custody.

The TBI has released no further details.

**UPDATE** BEAVER DAM, Ky. (11/16/21) — An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing boy from Tennessee who is suspected of being taken by his father. A teenage Beaver Dam girl is also believed to be with the father and son.

Today, an Amber Alert was issued in Tennessee and Arizona for Noah Clare. Noah is believed to be in the custody of his father, Jacob “Jake” Clare. Jacob Clare’s niece, Amber Clare, 16, of Beaver Dam, is also believed to be with the father and son.

The Beaver Dam Police Department began a missing person investigation for Amber on Nov. 16.

According to the Tennessee Amber Alert,

“Noah was last seen wearing grey sweatpants, a camo shirt, a black jacket and black shoes. Noah may be in the company of Jacob Clare. Clare is wanted by Gallatin, TN Police Department for Aggravated Kidnapping and Custodial Interference. Clare is also wanted by Beaver Dam, KY Police Department for Kidnapping and Custodial Interference. Noah and Jacob Clare may possibly be traveling in a Silver 2005 Subaru Legacy with TN TAG 42MY10. If you have seen Noah or Jacob Clare or have information regarding their whereabouts, please contact the Gallatin Police Department at 615-451-3838 or TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND.”

According to the Amber Alert for Arizona, it was reported the Silver 2005 Subaru Legacy was last seen in Arizona.


**UPDATE** BEAVER DAM, Ky. (11/8/21) — The Beaver Dam Police Department has issued more information on the missing Beaver Dam teenager.

According to the BDPD, Jacob “Jake” F. Clare is wanted by the BDPD and the Gallatin (Tenn.) Police Department concerning a custodial interference incident. Jacob Clare has an active arrest warrant on file for custodial interference in both Kentucky and Tennessee.

Jacob Clare was last seen driving a gray Subaru, similar to the vehicle posted below and is traveling with his niece, Amber Clare, 16, of Beaver Dam, and a 3-year-old boy, Noah Clare.

Jacob Clare has a full tribal tattoo sleeve on his left arm.

Amber Clare

BEAVER DAM, Ky. (11/6/21) — The Beaver Dam Police Department is currently working on a missing person case and is asking the public for help.

According to the BDPD, Amber Clare, 16, of Beaver Dam, was last seen around 9:30 p.m. Friday night, Nov. 5, at her residence in Beaver Dam. Sometime later that night or in the early morning hours of Saturday, Nov. 6, she left her residence possibly in the company of Jacob Clare, her uncle.

Their possible destination could be Tennessee, around the Smoky Mountain area.
