William Edward ‘Bill’ Case

BEAVER DAM, Ky. — William Edward “Bill” Case, 74, of Beaver Dam, and formerly of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021. He was born Jan. 12, 1947, in Terre Haute, to the late Jo and Myrtle Merritt Case.

Bill was a longtime farmer and a lifetime entrepreneur (a Jack-of-All-Trades). He graduated from Indiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in physics and went to work at Crane Naval Base before returning to manage his family farm and pursue other business avenues. Such as Case Farm Bird Seed, Case Storage, and Case Rentals. Bill was a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his two sisters, Jo Anne and Mary Jo.

Survivors include his wife and love of his life, Virginia Case, of Beaver Dam; two sons, Brent Case, of Terre Haute, Bryan (Jean) Case, of Terre Haute; stepchildren, Michael Felty, of Bowling Green, Kentucky, and Sara Autry, of Hartford, Kentucky; grandchildren, Dakota, Dalton, Cheyanne, Dylan, Colton, Shyla, and Hallie; and future great-granddaughter, Willow.

Services are 2 p.m. Sunday at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Bro. John Cashion and Bro. Brent Howard officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Butler County. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
