HARTFORD, Ky. — Ryan Goguen, 38, of Hartford, passed away, Saturday, Oct. 2, 2021, at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Ryan was born June 10, 1983, in Jacksonville, Florida, to Robert and Robin (Burton) Goguen.
He worked for Missouri Basin as a sales representative in North Dakota. He loved drag racing, golf, and guns. He was a kind compassionate man with a very big heart.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Glen Burton.
Besides his parents, survivors include his fiancée, Jory Metcalf, of Irvington, Kentucky; his twin brother, Shawn (Whitney) Goguen, of Hartford; maternal grandmother, Delores Burton, of Hartford; and paternal grandparents, Henry and Carol Goguen of North Fort Myers, Florida. Ryan was blessed with three nieces, Mackenzie, Mackelty, and Mackylie.
Private graveside services will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 6, at Oakwood Cemetery in Hartford. Miller-Schapmire Funeral in Hartford has been entrusted with Ryan arrangements.
