FALLS OF ROUGH, Ky. — Wanda Sue Tate, 82, of Falls of Rough, died Saturday, Aug. 28, 2021, at Grayson Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born in Yeaman, Kentucky, to the late Harry and Anna Cummings.
She was a homemaker and a member of Macedonia Baptist Church in Falls of Rough.
She was preceded in death also by her husband, Ellis B. Tate; a daughter, Angela Sue Harper; and a brother, Harold Cummings.
Survivors include her son, Terry Ellis (Felicia) Tate, of Leitchfield, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Andrew (Emma) Tate, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, and Henry Tate, of Leitchfield; a brother, Billy Cummings, of Falls of Rough; and a sister, Doris Harder, of Leitchfield.
Graveside services are 1:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 3, 2021, at Macedonia Cemetery in Falls of Rough. Visitation is from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Friday at Geary Funeral Home, Fordsville, Kentucky.
The family requests contributions be made to Macedonia Cemetery Fund in lieu of flowers.
