HARTFORD, Ky. — Rusty Edward Sutherlin, 60, of Hartford, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2021, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born on August 30, 1960, in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late James Roe and Thelma Dean Cochran Sutherlin.
