**UPDATE** SEBREE, Ky. (4/6/21) — Carmen Howard has been located and is safe. The Kentucky State Police appreciates everyone’s assistance in locating her.


SEBREE, Ky. — The Kentucky State Police has been requested by the Webster County Sheriff’s Department to assist in their on-going investigation of locating a missing runaway juvenile. 17-year-old Carmen Nicole Howard, of Sebree, was last seen at her home in Sebree at around 10 p.m. Thursday, March 11, 2021.

An initial investigation by the Webster County Sheriff’s Department shows areas of interest in Evansville, Indiana, and Louisville, but Howard could have potentially hitchhiked to Nashville, Tennessee, as well.

Anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of Carmen Nicole Howard is urged to contact KSP at 1-270-676-3313 or toll-free in Kentucky, at 1-800-222-5555, or your local law enforcement agency.
