MADISONVILLE, Ky. — The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will replace a culvert on KY 1543/Clay St. in Hartford, between KY 69 N and Union Street, at mile marker 0 – 1.
The work will begin Monday, Nov. 9, with completion scheduled for Friday, Nov. 13, weather permitting.
