HORSE BRANCH, Ky. — Linda Albin Daugherty, 78, of Horse Branch, passed away Saturday, Oct. 24, 2020 at Ohio County Healthcare. She was born May 20, 1942, in Ohio County, Kentucky, to the late Bill Albin and Kathleen Daugherty Albin.

Mrs. Daugherty was a homemaker.

Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Russell C. Daugherty, and two sisters, Betty Johnson and Dorothy Allen.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, two nephews, Dennis (Kim) Johnson, of Horse Branch, and Milton Allen, of Louisville, Kentucky; and one niece, Teresa (William) Shanks, of Louisville; and several great-nieces and -nephews.

The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to, Linda Albin Daugherty Memorial Fund, c/o William L. Danks Funeral Home, PO Box 407, Beaver Dam, KY 42320.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Fairview Cemetery in Horse Branch. Friends may visit with the family from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service at the cemetery. William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky, has been entrusted with arrangements.
