OC Sheriff asking for help with theft investigation

HARTFORD, Ky. — The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a theft and asking the public for help in finding the thief or thieves.
According to Sheriff Tracy Beatty, between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 4, someone stole multiple tools from a worksite at 2213 Rob Roy Rd. in the Cromwell area.
The owner of the stolen property is offering a reward of $500 to anyone providing information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible for the theft.
