BEAVER DAM, Ky. — James M. Belcher, 88, of Beaver Dam, died Tuesday, July 28, 2020, at his home. He was born in Logan County, Kentucky, to the late Albert and Delma Belcher.
He was retired from G.E. in Louisville after 37 years of service and was an avid UK fan.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Belcher.
Survivors include his son, Donald M. (Lisa) Belcher, of Lewisburg, Kentucky; a sister, Janice Hardison, of Lewisburg; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Services are 11 a.m. Friday at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Sister Betty Shaver officiating. Burial will be in Echols Cemetery near Rockport. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
