OCH gives details on expanded COVID-19 testing for next week

HARTFORD, Ky. — Ohio County Healthcare has expanded testing in Ohio County which has led to many new confirmed cases of COVID-19. Today, Ohio County added eight additional positive cases bringing the total to 118. The number of recovered cases remains at 61 with one patient hospitalized.

OCH has 81 COVID-19 test results still pending.

Beginning next week, there will be increased testing opportunities available in Ohio County.

  • OCH will continue to offer drive-thru testing at its three screening centers in Hartford, Fordsville and Morgantown. Visit OCHcares.com for hours and locations. No registration is necessary. All test results or needed medical treatment would be managed by an OCH medical provider.

 

  • Beginning Tuesday, May 19, through Thursday, May 21, Kroger Health will be providing drive-thru from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Ohio County Fairgrounds at 2300 KY 69 N in Hartford. You must pre-register at https://www.thelittleclinic.com/drivethru-testing.

 

  • Tuesday, May 19, the Green River District Health Department will provide testing from a mobile unit in Fordsville. For more info or to schedule an appointment, visit https://healthdepartment.org.
