CENTRAL CITY, Ky. — Dustin Scott Lee Church, 34, of Central City, died Thursday, April 9, 2020, at his home. Mr. Church was born June 19, 1985, in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky.
He was a welder at Piper Saw Shop, and was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Shelia Church, and grandmother, Vicki Carney.
He is survived by his father, Kevin Church; sister, Beth (Josh) Horne, of Hartford; grandmother, Retha Cunningham, of Central City; nephews, Nathan, Toby, Josha, and Jobe; and niece Lydia.
In compliance with health and public safety directives, the funeral arrangements for Mr. Church will be private for immediate family only, with private burial. Tucker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
