HARTFORD, Ky. — Due to the health risk from COVID-19, the Ohio County Water District office will be open only to customers who need to start a new service or have a meter unlocked.
There is a dropbox in front of the office that will be checked daily, as well as having the OCWD’s on-line payment option.
The OCWD will be available for any calls or questions from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday.
The OCWD apologizes for any inconvenience, but feels it’s in the best interest of customers and employees.
A reopening date will be determined later.
